The Del Debbio Pty. Ltd. building store was established in 1976 under the direction of Renzo Del Debbio, selling material relevant to cement, lime, bricks etc., to the public. The agrarian sector, with fertilizers, feed, seeds, parasiticides and articles for animals was added four years later.

In 1984 the Valfreddana Shopping Centre L.L.C. was established as the company of the Del Debbio group and Carlo Del Debbio, who had already been present since 1976, was nominated as sole director and presently co-ordinates all the sectors.

The articles sold, have been constantly updated and the sectors have been expanded to reach the current situation, offering clients are large variety of products and services, chosen in relation to quality and price.
